Also quite often we take on too much at once, making the task seem too dauntingly big to achieve, and then all too often through lack of self confidence or fear, we decide it’s too difficult, or wouldn’t work anyway, or see a set back as a failure of the whole task, which leads to you giving up.
Bite sized pieces are best, and you will be amazed what you can achieve with small little bites of a task each day, remembering that each day really is a new day and full of possibility.
