How can Hypnotherapy Help you?

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to help reprogram your thoughts, and release emotions, which empowers you to make the changes you want to make, and be the person you choose to be, through the power of positive suggestion. Hypnotherapy or hypnosis, facilitates a very relaxed state of mind, which I call 'zoning out' or it can be called 'trance state' for the purpose of accessing and communicating with our powerful subconscious, to make positive changes in thoughts, behaviours and habits, that may not be serving us as well as we would like, using the power of the imagination and suggestion. 

You are totally in control of the process and any changes or suggestions will only be accepted by you, if you truly want the change to happen. Any suggestion that does not sit comfortably with you will be rejected. The great thing about Hypnotherapy is that it can be used to help with so many different issues, thoughts, behaviours and habits, from anxieties, fears and phobias to public speaking, sports performance, insomnia, low confidence, nail biting, self sabotage, smoking cessation and weight control, to name but a few. Great long term changes can happen with only a few sessions. NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming, also works well with hypnosis in aiding reprogramming thought patterns, to better serve you.

Can everyone have Hypnotherapy?
Everyone 'self hypnotises' or 'Zones out' daily.

As a Hypnotherapist, I help you to facilitate this state, for the purpose of relaxation and to aid you with the changes you want to make, to move your life forward, to help you challenge old habits and beliefs that no longer serve you well.

Some people think that they cannot be Hypnotised, the only truth in this fact is - if you really don’t want to be then it won’t happen, as You are in control of the process at all times.

If you do feel really sceptical then this will affect your ability and commitment to change, as you do need to have that commitment, and will to fully engage and participate in the process.

There are no ‘expectations’ of how you should be or feel.

You may feel a little nervous which is why a free taster session is offered first, which takes up to 45 minutes, you will soon be put at ease, and most usually the next session and any subsequent sessions, you will look forward to, and easily achieve a lovely relaxed state, to enable your powerful subconscious mind to work positively for you
